All items sold are handcrafted and may vary slightly in colour, size, or texture due to their handmade nature. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT.
- We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Stripe.
- Payment must be made in full before the order is confirmed and dispatched.
3. Delivery
- We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days
- You will receive confirmation once your order is shipped.
- We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. courier issues).
4. Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, within 14 days of receiving your order.
To cancel:
- Notify us in writing (email) within 14 days.
- Return items within 14 days of notifying us.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
Exceptions: Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
5. Refunds
- We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
